There are concerns PVC piping handed out to tourists on K'gari to scare off dingoes by Queensland Parks and Wildlife Services' are being used inappropriately. 

A woman on Monday was attacked by four dingoes while jogging along a beach on the island. 

Karin Kilpatrick, secretary of the Save Fraser Island Dingoes Group told Virginia Trioli she is very concerned people would "take matters into their own hands".
