Dog possibly killed with PVC pipe in Brownsville, investigation underway

BROWNSVILLE, Texas (ValleyCentral) — An investigation is underway in Brownsville after a dog was possibly killed with a PVC pipe.
Police say the incident occurred Wednesday in a neighborhood near the Four Corners area of Brownsville.
An investigation is ongoing and there are no suspects at this time, according to police.
